Simple set up
We built Rungway to complement your existing systems, not to interfere with them. A partner to your internal comms channels, Rungway needs no IT integration. We can have you set up and ready to Rungway in 2 weeks or less.
Employees can register and be ready to post or reply inside a minute, with Single Sign-On (SSO) available to help them to securely log in on mobile, desktop and tablet.

It’s a cool way for juniors to communicate with management, who we don’t usually get access to. And makes me value the firm culture, which often gets lost along the way, especially in our department. This is a good way to let out ideas that I definitely wouldn’t bring up in a town-hall where there are tons of senior bankers (u never wanna be that junior person that draws too much attention...).
I posted a question and I am really overwhelmed by the responses, some have moved me to tears! I’ve found Rungway to be an outlet to ask questions I couldn’t ask otherwise without drawing attention as an Asian woman working in finance - especially on culture. As an introvert, I think carefully before raising my hand but it turns out from Rungway I'm not alone in my thoughts.
